Meet Peter, my oh-so-supportive, not to mention, handsome hubby :) 

He's my sous-chef, dish washer, extra-camera-man-when-my-hands-are-covered-in-food, and most importantly, my taste-tester and toughest critic.  I know if I get the silent nod during his first bite, the recipe most likely passes “The Test” and means it’s safe to share with you.

Some FAQs

What camera do you use?

  • Currently, I have only been using my iPhone, but due to the amount of flour, cheese, oil, spices, you catch my drift, collecting in the crevices, I’ve gradually been making some camera-choice adjustments.  We recently purchased a Canon PowerShot SX130 IS for our honeymoon in Puerto Rico.   It doesn’t make me look like a professional photographer when I am using the point-and-shoot lil guy but it’s better than my phone, which recently survived a tumble into a Tupperware full of water and bean sprouts.

Can I use your pictures?

  • All of my photos and recipes are copyrighted under LaraThalice.  I take my own photos, as well as do all editing work, and would prefer the photographs remain at LaraThalice.com only.

Can I post your recipe on my site?
  • Yes!  As long as you add a link back to my original post, giving credit where credit is due, that is fine by me!
